Nuremberg, 2 August 2018 – 1. FC Nürnberg (FCN) is breaking new ground: the club has a new VIP area for the start of the 2018/19 Bundesliga season: the Frankenhütte. Together with the Nuremberg-based agency werk:b events and marketing partner Lagardère Sports, FCN is bringing a real Tyrolean mountain hut to the Max Morlock Stadium. With Franconian flair and hearty cuisine, guests will enjoy a completely new and unique match day experience. With delightful decor and an elaborate menu, the club has combined a rustic atmosphere with seventeen years of Bundesliga football.

Michael Meeske, Commercial Director at 1. FC Nürnberg, says: “In search of new and innovative match day experiences, we decided to create the Frankenhütte; an ideal way to complement our range of VIP areas. We are convinced that not only the networking aspect but also the emotional side of the VIP experience is a key factor in the region. The Frankenhütte offers the perfect opportunity for a cosy match day in a rustic, Franconian atmosphere.”

As well as cooperating on the Frankenhütte, werk:b events is expanding its FCN partnership and thus continuing its presence in VIP areas as well as through exciting events within and around the Max Morlock Stadium. “We are proud to be working together with the club to create a unique project in Germany.
