RC Lens has more than 350 business members in its business club, the Bollaert Business Team, which was created almost three years ago with the aim of offering them the ability to share, exchange and develop their business.

In order to improve the VIP services on offer at the Stade Bollaert-Delelis, Lagardère Sports, the exclusive marketing agency for RC Lens, developed and sent out a client satisfaction questionnaire to members of the Bollaert Business Team and VIP clients of the 2018/2019 season.

An unprecedented client experience in the history of RC Lens

Very soon, there will be a prize draw for the survey participants. The club will offer one of the responding companies an amazing prize.
In fact, the chosen company will have the great privilege of putting its logo on the Sang & Or jersey during the match between RC Lens and Stade Brestois on 4 December.
As well and having exposure on the Sang & Or jersey, the winning company will be promoted on the Bollaert Business Team website.

As well as motivating clients and partners to respond in droves, this unprecedented activity reminds clients and partners of Racing Club du Lens that their opinion matters and that the club’s hospitality strategy is based on the opinions and recommendations of each of them.
