22 November 2018 – Lagardère Sports was crowned ‘Best Sports Marketing Agency of the Year’ on Tuesday night at the prestigious Sports Industry Awards Asia (SPIA) 2018.

During a celebrated night for the agency at CentralWorld in Bangkok, Lagardère Sports won the title for the second successive year – an unprecedented first in the history of the event.

Two of the organisation’s premier tournaments, the BNP Paribas WTA Finals Singapore presented by SC Global and the SMBC Singapore Open, also received awards in several key categories.

The former won bronze for the ‘Best Integrated Marketing Campaign for a Sports Event’ and ‘Best Women’s Sports Event of the Year’ while the latter claimed bronze for ‘Best International Sporting Event of the Year’.
