Berlin, 12 June 2018 – Berliner Kindl will be Hertha BSC’s official and exclusive beer partner, beginning from the 2018/19 Bundesliga season. The three-year partnership between the Bundesliga club and the beer brand was arranged by Lagardère Sports.

As part of this cooperation, Berliner Kindl will receive the exclusive right to serve its beer at all Hertha BSC home games as well as the naming right for the new “Berliner Kindl-Treff”. Other components of the partnership include various logo presences, regional and digital activation measures and hospitality services.

Ingo Schiller, Managing Director at Hertha BSC: “We are very pleased about the partnership with Berliner Kindl. It is another step to strengthen the connection between Hertha BSC and the city of Berlin. Berliner Kindl and Hertha BSC are both well-known brands of Germany’s capital city.”

“This moment deserves a ‘Jubi’!”, said Wolfhard Buß, managing director of the brewery, at the signing of the contract. “Starting with the upcoming season, we have set ourselves, together with the club, a number of objectives to highlight and emphasize – inside and outside the stadium – that Berliner Kindl and Hertha BSC are one team.”
